				<p class="aj mt10px">A Customer Care Executive is the Person Who Maintains a Healthy Relations Between the Company & the Customers / Clients By Giving the Right Resolution & Making the Customers / Clients Satisfied with the Response Quickly & in a Professional Manner . He / She Needs to Handle Inbound Calls , Make Outbound Calls & also Sometimes Reply Through Mails & Chats & also Update the Customers / Clients with the Latest Product Updates , Features Etc. <br />
minimum Qualifications:<br />
the Call Centre Agent Must Satisfy the Following Minimum Qualifications:<br />
1. 12 Th Pass , Under Graduates & Graduates in Any Field <br />
2. Basic Knowledge of Computers Ms Office( Word, Excel)<br />
3. Strong Presentation Skills<br />
4. Customer Service and Sales Experience( Added Advantage)<br />
5. Good Communication Skills. <br />
6. Experience : 0 to 5 Years <br />
7. Languages Known : English & Hindi <br />
8. Salary : 15 K to 22 K + Incentives ( as per the Interviews Experience & Last Salary if Any ) <br />
9. Job Location : Gurgaon Sector 66 <br />
